When will my order be delivered?

We aim to provide delivery to all our customers either via our dedicated fleet or one of our chosen stockists within 2 business days. This is subject to your location and the availability of stock.

You can select your chosen date available to you, as part of the ordering process.

Need your order quicker? You can pay for our express delivery service within 24 hours, subject to stock and availability.


Delivery charges

When purchasing your order via delivery there is a standard gas delivery charge of £87.48 + VAT.

 

Delivery Restrictions

Please note we do not deliver compressed gas cylinders to flat/ apartments/ houses of multiple occupancy on safety grounds.

 

Collect from local stockist

If you prefer to collect your order, we have a wide range of local stockists who provide this facility. When collecting your items there is a standard collection charge of £28.95 + VAT.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order via your MyAirProductsSM account in the orders section. View the status of your order and an expected delivery date.

Can I change my order?

Contact our customer service representatives on 0808 164 2376 to make any alterations to your order. Changes can only be made before your order has been shipped.

 

Returns policy

If you have purchased the product in error or changed your mind, unfortunately we are not able to accept returns. However if you feel that there is a fault with the product that we have supplied, or that it is not as described, please contact us on this address: apukinfo@airproducts.com stating that you wish to initiate a Customer Complaint Return (CCR) process.

What documents do I need when collecting?

When collecting your order, we will need you to provide your 'ship-to' number which you will have been provided when you made your order.

Someone else can also collect your order using the same 'ship-to' number.

 

*We aim to adhere to next day delivery however due to the location of certain customers this might take longer. When on the checkout page you will be informed of the proposed delivery date. Certain gases may have longer delivery times.*
